The Withings Go was recommended for those looking for a reliable device to track activities comprehensively, except for irregular sleep cycles. The step counting and goal-setting features work well for people who dislike being pestered with alerts from other trackers or dislike wearing trackers on their wrists all day. For people with health issues who require more finely tuned monitoring, this tracker may be below par.
