Unfortunately, Clark's customer care was not able to provide any assistance in resolving this issue. These negative experiences suggest that customers should avoid purchasing this particular shoe. They found them dressy enough for business wear and were planning on purchasing another pair despite the sole not lasting longer than 2-3 months with daily wear.
