Хариулт: My 21" bar has a blunt edge on it, as well. I agree with what your concern is on small openings. 9" bar is small, but I would file it down. Great tool to have! -

Хариулт: Definitely is hardened. Composition of the metal is unknown. And Yes. It is stamped with USA on the bar. Overall, an excellent pry bar to own.
