How big are the capsules? Easy to swallow?
Answer: Our Bee Propolis capsules are a size 2 capsule. The outer diameter is 6.35mm and the length is 18mm. -

Is this free from pesticides and other nasties?
Answer: Every single ingredient we use is certified non-GMO, non-irradiated, and undergoes thorough laboratory tests to exclude any pesticide, heavy metals, nanoparticles, fungal or bacterial contamination. -

Why has the color changed to a very dark compared to the last ones?
Answer: Bee Propolis is a natural substance and its color can change from dark brown through green, black, red, and even white hues. It depends on the season and sources of resin and pollen available for the bees in the particular hive area. -

Is it 1000mg per tablet or per 2 tablets please? Will this provide 4000mg?
Answer: I take a 1000mg tablet in the morning and another in the evening. Propolis is a magic cure for all health problems as my dad (a very good doctor with 2 specialties in his subject) told me to take daily. I suggest researching all available health benefits from propolis, as it has been used by many for thousands of years. -

What is the expiry date please?
Answer: I’ve used it all now, but like any bee products, there is no expiry date. Honey is antiseptic, and they found viable honey in Tutankhamun’s tomb! -
