The size chart is accurate and if you are 6'0'' tall and 200 lbs., then size 5 would be a good fit after shrinking in the wash. The top has two inside ties on each side to help keep it in place. It also has half sizes which are slightly bigger but not by much, only a one-inch difference. In terms of customer reviews, there are positive and negative ones.
